This week we are starting a premiere for daily workouts. These workouts will not only help you live a stronger life. They will also help you to get into shape. We will post weekly workouts for y’all, including arms, legs, upper and lower body, and abs

 

Monday:

Legs – 

50 air squats

50 walking lunges

50 sumo squats

50 mountain climbers

x2

Tuesday:

Upper body – 

15 shoulder press

15 push-ups

20 shoulder raises

x3

 

Wednesday:

Arms

15 bicep curls

15 hammer curl

15 bent over row

15 tricep kickbacks

20 tricep pulses

x3

 

Thursday:

Upper abs

20 toe touches

3 min of 6 inches

30 crunches

30 second Left and right side planks

x2

 

Friday:

Lower abs

25 tummy tucks

20 seated marches

20 controlled kicks

15 double leg press

x3
